Got out on Saturday morning with good success with a small slam. The flounder was barely larger than the MM

Sunday a bit better. Drift down one bank out going tide and caught 8 trouts then ran across the river to the other side and continue on the out going and caught 5 flounders. Needing a red so I ran into Goose Creek searching for reds and caught another nice flounder.

And also got the slam. Now back to Bushy on a low tide managing not to get stuck

Great weather and the fish were aggressive and missed quite a few flounders not waiting long enuff. No complaints though!!

You always seem to catch’em
You always seem to be able to find those flatties. I am always amazed at how a fish barely bigger than the bait will still go after it.

Was wondering where you’ve been. Good to see you back at it! Thanks for sharing.

Well Stump; I fished Daytona this summer, then me and the Nephew flew to Seattle for some salmon fishing and we had a great time. Been busy working so winded up with a three month or so layoff from fishing but the heat is now on as I prefer this time of year to fish when all the fair weather guys put there boats and jet ski up for the winter. Time to run behind some trouts.
