bushy park on the 24th

Went out with a buddy of mine, started off a bit rocky went out and got stuck in the shallow area when you first put in but finally made it to bigger water after about 10/15 mins, kinda hung out and caught some RR. a few cat fish, and a small trout on mm. was a bit fun but it got cold and a bit windy so we went to hoist the anchor at the last spot we were fishing and and start the motor and low and behold the battery decided it was done and finally died… so we fished a bit more with no bites as we hoped and prayed the tiny solar panel would charge the battery but to no avail it didn’t charge it near enough. but when all felt lost, and the sun set was close 2 very nice men came by and saved us! i never got there names but they were truly great guys! we offered money a few times and it was repeatedly refused. if you guys use this form i just want to say THANK YOU ONE LAST TIME! the tow save are butts! thanks to you we were able to meet my wife and son on the doc who awesomely came to the doc with my extra battery to try and catch some one putting in for dusk/night fishing to bring it to us. GOD BLESS AND THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!

Glad to hear you made it back safely. Things can get hairy quickly on the water. I’ve been in that same situation before and had strangers help me like I was their best friend.
