Bushy Park Trout

Struggled to get a hookup all day. Water murky everywhere I tried to fish and the out going was rolling in some areas. Knowing the tide was getting low in Bushy I pushed back close to the landing and fished some heavy structure and this 18.5" trout saved the skunk for the day

Managed another hit and got it on top of the water in ripping current and lost it. Had to get to the landing and run past a few kicking up mud.

Bite was slow Fatrat. I fished through low and till bout 5pm. Picked up a nice red on live bait south end of yellow house but that was it for me. Tide was rolling pretty good with the moon, and the water all chocolate milk from the rain we got. Doesn’t seem to be a good combo. Bad day fishin is better than a day at work though!

Guns kill people just like spoons made Rosie O’donell fat.

Well Dizzle that water is murky as can be but I’ll probably be back out this weekend from the looks of things. Trying to fish the main rivers gonna be rough in the weeks to come, with the fair weather boaters now pulling their rigs out to have fun in the Cooper. Guess is time for small side creeks fishing.
