Decided to take a chance on the weather this morning and turned out to be nice after the first few hrs. I headed straight for Scott:wink:creek and had a big boy break me off as I was trolling. Stopped for a minute and threw 2 corks/minnows out and within a few minutes had this 24" boated. No other bites in creek. Went back out in river, heading to spottail creek, but met an old buddy of mine who told me the trout were biting. So stayed about 2hrs boating 11 trout (3@ 14", 15,17,18", and there rest u/size. Trout didntā want nothing to do with minnows. Picked them up on e.c and mirro-lure.
This is really gettin old boys. I work for a livingā¦ real work in nasty cutting oil. They wear out every 6 months or so and if you really want some Murray, I will give you a pair. I prolly got enough for everyone.
Now I will give a fishing report. (yaāll ever fish??)
Caught 1 small trout today and paddled back to landing in pouring down rain.
Murray: Any chance you could make it down to Edisto state park for the weekend of 4/12 &4/13ā¦ weekend after next. For some surffishin?
