Found a nice flounder at 15", keeper spottail at 17", small trout, and a nasty catfish. Another 24" spottail way up the creek in shallow water. Saw quite a few more and broke off a big one. This year I cant’ seem to break out into the bigger fish.
Everything on minnows except the trout.
I knew I shoulda went there

How are you rigging those minners?
Popper cork,free lining, carolina rig, slip float etc.?

4 dink trout and 22" spottail today. Gators are getting scary, must have seen 8-10 of them today. 2 were really big.
Smiley: I use a #6kahle hook with a split shot. About 1/2 the time I put a weighted cork on it. Real simple.

I know the feeling - went to the Goose Creek Reservoir on Friday and bet we saw 20 or more.
