Thank all of you who use our services.
The response for the hogs has been great! Now that turkey season is over we are getting loads of calls for processing hogs.
If you want to drop off a hog, please call 843-875-5354 and we will make arrangements to meet you there, The same for pick ups, when we call you a time can be set to suite your needs for pick up.
Personelly I cannot believe the difference between a store bought hog and a wild one. I had forgotted that pork accually has a flavor of its own.
Hope to see you soon and God Bless!

No doubt, especially a gilt in the 40-120 lb range. Do you skin yours? All I’ve had on the wild side are skinned. And seem to cook a lot faster than a domestic raised pig… I guess do to the leanness of the meat. simple mixture apple cider vinegar, garlic salt and red pepper + some other stuff(changes every time) sprinkled often while on the grill.
While your on the flavor thing… had one that came out of a marsh area … nasty… diet on a pig means a lot- domestic or wild.
Joeboo,
I can do it either way skin on/skin off. ( sounds like a karate kid movie, LOL)
Amen on the diet for sure.
