Alright guys here’s the deal. Got about 20k to put into a new/ nice used boat.
What is the best all around bang for your buck. Also have a 2007 16ft sea ark with a 25 four stroke for sale. Pm for details.
Boats great, but I need something newer, with more power, a bit bigger and the ability to go farther.
Breakdown of what I want it for:
50% fishing, shrimping litchfield and pawleys creek
25% Booze cruizin same area.
Other 25%- duck hunting, taking boat to Georgetown and north inlet and Chasin fish out front off the beach if the weather lets me get out there.
If you can swing the new boat without having to sell the john yacht, do it that way. If you do sell it you’ll regret it later. FO Sho.
Good luck on your boat shopping, though. I would say 18-20’ bay boat would suit most of your needs and you should be able to find something worth while in your price range.

Where are you planning to go otherwise? You aren’t getting a much bigger boat in there and still be able to work those creeks.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.
