Bvi vacation

Went to bvi’s out of Port Canaveral, What a cruise. Went out to around 20,000 ft. of water and stayed in deep water, it was beautiful. I have been on other cruises, but this was more like cruising than island hopping. Gained 15 lbs. in 8 days, dang. Be back in Fla. Keys next year boating, fishing and eating. If you haven’t been to either, you should put them on your list.

My boys and I have been trying to convince my wife to take a cruise for the last couple of years. She doesn’t like the idea of being “trapped” on a boat. We’ll keep working on her. As for the Keys, they are great. We are down in Tavernier right now. The weather has been great, fishing has been pretty good (once we found them). Hoping to get them dialed in and bring some home.

My wife gets seasick talking about boating, but loves cruising. Sounds like the new tires are holding up. Stay on the fish and don’t forget to bring us a big center console with four or five engines and gadgets and stuff. If you need any help coming up the road, just give me a shout.

Your wife will not be trapped on a boat. There is so much to see, and do on the ship, that you will not see and do it all. Not to mention you could just relax by the pool. See if you can get her to look at some of the floor plans of the cruies ships. That may help. Then again be prepared once she goes once… if she’s like my wife you will be going about three times a year. We love it!!! Port Canaveral is a great place to cruise from.
