Having more issues with Comcast than I care to. Thinking about switching to AT&T. Had Knology before, not sure what changed when they went to WOW. What are thoughts on the other options. AT&T-uverse, WOW, Dish and whatever else is out there. We are looking for a bundle deal(tv,phon, internet and maybe wireless.

Having more issues than I cared to with comcast a couple of years ago, I switched to AT&T. I haven’t regretted it once. Service is faster, better, and more friendly. I now have AT&T cable, landline, cell, and internet. Call me a AT&T junkie I suppose.

We did have a slight issue at first with the TV pixelating a lot. After a few service calls it was discovered that the cable lines under the house were not good enough, AT&T upgraded them for free. No problem anymore.

As with any TV / internet service there are occasional issues. Battery in internet modem goes bad, or cable box acts up. But each time they repaired it quickly and at no charge.

I recommend AT&T

Seems to me with all the stories and reviews I read that it is hit or miss with any cable tv provider. You will either have a great experiance or a lousy one. I also had it with Comcast months ago. I was going to switch to AT&T, but most of the reviews I read were not too good. I ended up switchimg to Direct TV and have loved it and wondered why I didnt do it sooner. I have crystal clear pictured on every TV and more channels for less than what I was paying for Comcast. Do your research and read reviews, then make a decision…

I had terrible service with Comcast. Both in Charleston and in Jacksonville. They would always throw weird fees in our bill almost every month. I would have to call and they would always take them off saying its their mistake. I had AT&T and that wireless cable box is pretty cool. I was always taking the TV outside on the deck to watch football and grill. The picture quality was good as was the customer service. We have DirectTV now and its pretty good we just cant get internet with them out on Johns Island. The picture is good and I have never lost service due to rain or a storm.

i’m on james island. switched from comcast to at&t about 4-5 months ago. Internet is faster, by far. Picutre quality is about the same, the menu interface is more friendly. And the wireless box for the garage or watching TV on the deck seals the deal.

I love AT&T Uverse.

We switched from Comcast about three years ago.

We have U-verse…and we are WAY out in the country! Love it! Customer service is awesome…

We live out in the woods and Dish Network works great for us. Had it 15 years and no complaints at all.

I have a hotspot through T-Mobile. Its pretty terrible but they just got U-verse in my area for internet so I might get that in the coming months.

I have Direct TV for viewing and use Comcast for Internet. I have never had a problem with Comcast concerning their internet, it was always their TV i had issue with… Paying less than I did with Comcast Bundle and loving it…
