Other than Buck Hall Rec are there any other campsites near BB area?
I hear Penny rents campsites in her front yard.

The store on the corner at Hwy 45 has used to rent sites but not sure with new owners.
There is one right off hwy 45. Francis marion forest
Honey hill recreation area i think. Its about a 15 minute ride from buck hall
Honey Hill pretty good except for the teen monsters on Friday night. They love to do a few donuts at the gate when the bars close-harmless. Mostly fishing peeps stay there-free. No facilities-barking ruff. A good place if you have a RV with a gen about 20 minutes inland. Buck Hall a lot nicer-they have overflow tent-but the bugs will tote your axx off jack, hate them dang things.
Johnson’s Landing?
MCLV Outpost on Highway at light $35- they will sell you a day launch for MCLV if needed at 6am.
Francis Marion Forest has a map of all the public camp sites-that’s if the gov is open for business.
Don’t Forget to eat at MCLV diner for some local fair after being on the water, tons of shrimp stories, closed on Sun.Am
