It’s all part of the “dormant stimulus package.” The Gov’t is intentionally using ethanol to trash motors, forcing boat owners to buy new ones, thus stimulating the economy. Too bad it’s mostly the Japanese and Canadian economy they’re stimulating.
…or maybe it’s the new climate change initiative… blown up boat motors means less greenhouse gas.
