I would love to but budget restrictions and storage are a headache. I already own three boats and I would have to store this one in the backyard or something.

when faced with the same question, i opted for the kayak…
the storage problem is eliminated since i suspend it from a wall with straps…
i went with a sit on top which gives plenty of room for gear as well as integral rod holders for both fly and conventional, but its a matter of personal taste…
i got mine from www.KayakFishingStuff.com which gives comparisons of different kayaks and basically contains alot of information on kayaks and kayak fishing…i have to say that the one i have has excellent stability and has been used in fresh as well as salt with equal stability…
saves on space,registration, insurance, gas and all the other expenses of boat ownership

go for the Smbush kayak it is made for hunting and fishing. It is completely stable and i have fallen out being stupid a couple times and it has never come close to flipping.
