Can't beat good customer service.

Bought a new to me boat a few weeks ago, and was having problems with the Lenco trim tabs. I Called Lenco’s customer service on Monday and explained what was going on to the nice lady down there. She told me that a button was stuck, and I needed a new switch panel. The boat is a 2001, so the tabs are obviously not still under warranty, but she took my address down and said “have a nice day”. Got a box in the mail today from Lenco, they sent me a brand new button/switch panel, no questions asked or returns needed. That’s $100 worth of parts for someone whom they had absolutely no obligation to help out. Fantastic service, and if I am ever in the market for new tabs, Lenco has my business.

Wow, that is so nice to hear. I guess caring about the customer is not completely dead.
