cargo rack for trailer hitch (wanted)

looking for a cargo rack that fits a 2" trailer hitch,

dont matter whether is it is one that folds up or not. need one to tote coolers around on so they dont leak in the back of the SUV. Paint does not matter either as long as it is still sturcturally sound.

My house is protected by God and a gun, Ill introduce you to them both if you show up unwelcomed.
