Carolina Lady Anglers Fishing Tournament

The 11th annual Carolina Lady Anglers Fishing for the Cure open tournament will be held on May 31st. The Carolina Lady Anglers club is an all-female fishing club that raises money for breast cancer research.

The Captain’s Meeting will be held on May 28th beginning at 6:00pm. The weigh-in will be held on May 31st from 4-6pm. Both events will be held at the Charleston Maritime Center.

Entry Fee is $30.00 for adults and kids 12 and under are $10.00 with a paid adult. Entry fee includes t-shirt, food and beverages at the Captain’s Meeting and Weigh-in.

The tournament is open to all. Eligible species: Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Trout, Flounder, Sheepshead, Ladyfish and Dogfish (1st place only wins a cooler for Dogfish).

Fishing will begin at 12:00am in all local waters - no pond fishing please!

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes for all species, except Dogfish, 1st place prize only - cooler.

1st place - $250.00 and a rod & reel
2nd place - $150.00 and a rod & reel
3rd place - $50.00 and a cooler

Late registration spots are: Haddrells West Ashley, Charleston Angler West Ashley, Haddrells Mt. Pleasant, and Barton & Burwell, Johns Island.
