Wanted to add the trailer dimensions,a few guys with HOA restrictions and they have to keep in the garage.
Total length is exactly 21 feet with the motor straight, might get another couple of inches with the motor turned. Width is 7’6" and the height is 78 inches
2009 Carolina Skiff with a 2010 Honda BF 60
I am the original owner. This boat has been meticulously maintained as well as the motor. Motor is up to date on all maintenance including water pump replacement, (not just the impeller), belts, timing and fluids. I have the shop manual that will go with the boat.
This motor is considered the most fuel efficient motor in the world; you can read up on it. Honda was the inovator in four stroke marine engines. It’s the Honda BF 60 A. It has the slow troll option that allows you to reduce or increase the rpm’s when trolling which comes in handy when trolling with or against the faster tides we get.
This motor is incredibly quiet; basically all you hear when trolling is the water coming out of the pee tube. It comes with a stainless 3 blade prop and an aluminum 4 blade prop.
This is my third Carolina Skiff and I feel the best hull design of all the skiffs. The JVX model cuts through the chop while still being able to get into incredibly shallow water. Also a much dryer ride.
The boat has a couple of options I had added such as the dual live-wells with shut-offs so if you want to use one for storage you can. These are over-sized wells and will keep bait and fish alive for a very long time. The wells are also on a timer that will run constantly or automatically every three, five or seven minutes, you select. Garmin 300 C fish finder, LED cockpit lights, Trolling motor plug up front, safety steering, 13 gallon fuel tank and bimini top with boot.
The trailer has the extended tongue which keeps your vehicle rims out of the water and it’s also thicker material to prevent flexing.
