I’m selling my bay boat this week and am interested in getting a flats boat. I saw these Cast and Blast boats at the boat show this year and last and am impressed with them.
Does anyone have any experience with these boats and if so could you please share?
Thanks guys/gals
Saw one at the NWTF banquet and it looked sharp. Don"t know anything about the ride and such but I liked the looks of it.
I don’t know much about them, but that looks like the smallest 17’ flats I have seen. Looks more like 15’ with the running surface and that long beak on the bow. I think a 16’ Hewes has a lot more room than that 17’.
If that is all the size you need, great, but I just wanted to point out it doesn’t like it would compare very well with a typical 17’ flats boat.
Maybe a 16’ Hi Tide, of 15’-16’ flats boat. Looks interesting though, and tough.
