Catfish jugging

I have lately gotten the bug to start back juggin. Grew up fishing the Tennessee Tombigbee River in Mississippi and spent a many night running jugs. The rules and regs here are confusing at best from what I have read on the SCDNR website.

I have made 50 of the Pool noodle rigs. I know I need to get the permit and have my name and tag number on the rig.

Where I am getting confused is the areas that it is allowed or not.

So are the lakes off limits because they are not listed? What about the tail race canal?

I know it is early, but need to feed this itch and per spawn feeding frenzy is not far off…
Any pointers will be more than helpful

Look at the second link…no jugs allowed in lakes Marion or Moultrie, nor the Cooper River (Tailrace Canal)

I looked through that all last night, just did not see that line for the lakes…

Jugs are only allowed onLake Greenwood,Hartwell,Russell,Secession,Thurmond and Stevens Creek Reservor.
