.ok…but when you have done a twelve hr…followed by sixteen hour…and stood in line two hours to vote afterwards…and another twelve the same night…sometimes sleep will overcome… Don’t you go get sassy with me young man…sometimes we older folks do need a little more rest…
I usually sleep five hours then I’m good to go…
Ok…got a. Bucket full of fiddlers …some new sheepshead hooks and new line on my reels…ready to go 0530 in the a.m…

Is everybody using Carolina Rigs for sheepshead? I’ve never fished for them but I hear they taste wonderful. I fish out of Edisto with my hubby. Does it matter how deep? Or will any dock or downed tree be a good spot?

Well I thought High Tide was good but now I have caught them at both, seems to be depth is the most important factor, I have caught them in as little as 6 ft, done better around 12 ft. Not just a downed dock, all of them I fish are still “functional”, the age of the dock seems to be important. Look for the amount of barnacle build up, or what used to be build up, obviously people have scrapped it
