A large tree fell in my yard and pulled a cedar tree over. The tree is about 12-14 inches at the base and 25 to 30 feet tall. Is there anything I can do with this tree or someone that wants it. I hate to put it on the road for pick-up.

You can put some cuttings in your closet for your camo if you hunt so you smell like cedar.

You can make some nice stuff out of cedar. It turns well on a lathe. If I was in your area, I’d take some off your hands.

I’ve made some pretty chests and jewelry boxes from cedar. It can be brittle and difficult to work with at times. Find a woodworker, they might take it off your hands. If half my trailer wasn’t loaded with it, I’d take it.
