Since nobody fishes this lake, I am happy to post a current fish location. After looking all around the middle of the lake, and finding nothing, we went to the upper lake. Better (cooler and more O2) water. Look around the trees in the 115 - 119 marker area. Loaded. Good luck to those who never post. Catch um up

I hardly remember the last time I went out. Hope to change that soon. My favorite time of the year to troll for stripers is almost here. Just wish SCANA would not have to drop the lake so much, so soon.
Awesome …went last night around 4:00 till dark. Went to camel humps and Horshoe Island…got skunked. I will try that spot out tonight.Still trying to get the hang of it. Thanks for the info.
I’m being transferred to Aiken from Florence, I sure would like to hook up with someone and do some striper fishing on CH. Key West CC, got my own gear, ready to go.
John, I know the guys that caught the schoolies this week. Mornings around nine, afternoons around 3:30, in the GA flats across from horseshoe island. Also check the humps on the point at the north end of GA flats. This is the point across from horseshoe is. fish should be holding there. I am going up lake this Sunday AM.
If you want to troll, go in forty feet from hamilton branch to modoc.

On the live baiting I am going to drop down a couple of sizes from the 2/0 kahle hook and go back to a 1 circle to help the bait swim better.

John, look at posted results (clarks Hill 10/1) . It is way up there, but early morning might still be working. If it is, it will be worth the trip
