We have a couple of old rocking chairs that are in need of re-caning. Does anyone know of a company/person that does this type of work.??? thanks !!

I saw an ad in “The Coffee News” or something to that effect for a guy who does it on , I think, Johns Island. He’s local anyway. Just run by your local Chineese restaurant or other eatery and the publication is right alongside “Skirt”, “West Of”, "Tideline ", etc.
There is a guy in florence thats done some for me that does great work and is reasonable. Let me know and i’ll get his number for you.

You can do it yourself if you are interested in learning. It’s not that hard. Is it pressed cane (pre-woven) or hand caned?
