changing fuel filter

Do I need to shut off my fuel to change the fuel filter?

I dont shut mine off I just cahnge it and be done with. If it is a Fuel/Water seperator make sure you get that sucker close to full before trying to start the motor.

No need, just pump the bulb after replacing the filter.

I dont have a bulb so I have to fill mine up pretty close to full before putting it on.
