Charles Towne Landing Bass (advice needed)

Hey yall, first post here…but im fishing in a small tournament tomorrow a Charles Towne Landing and was hoping yall could help out. From what I hear, no one is usually allowed to fish there except for the bream tournament in August, so maybe you can just give me a general idea of what I should be using. Judging by the surrounding waters the water should be about 70* and from what I’ve read the Bass hold be in their spawn right now. I will be fishing from 6 am to 9 am. Any advice would be awesome. Well, lots of people read the post, and the tourney is over…how did you do?

I haven’t been to CTL since the late 70’s, can’t remember what the pond or ponds look like, but with no pressure there may be some monsters there.

They have a bream fishing day in August? May have to try that, my oldest son is coming home from the Army Aug 10th, he’s bringing my almost 3 year old grandson home.
