Does anybody know where this buoy below is(in bold)? I’m trying to chart out the boundary lines to compute my sea time.
On a chart I can’t find any 2C buoy near those coordinates.

A line drawn from Charleston Light on Sullivans Island to latitude 32 40.7’ N. longitude 79 42.9’ W. (Charleston Lighted Whistle Buoy 2C); thence to a point on Folly Island at latitude 32 41.0’ N. longitude 79 53.2’ W.
Anything east of the Colregs Demarcation Line is used for a near coastal endorsement. The line is @ the end of the jetties.

Thanks Bonzo72. I plotted that on a chart and there is no “Charleston Lighted Whistle Buoy 2C” bouy there. Maybe it was something that was there a long time ago but not anymore.
Hey Tugted, the COLREGS line is not what you use for the Near Costal. It’s the Boundry lines established by the Coast Guard in CFR 46 Part 7.
