I just got a new Sportsman and decided rather than do a trolling motor install myself, to have Charleston Marine (the pros) handle it. Since they are the only Minnkota service center in the area, I figured that was the way to go. I decided on a Terrova iPilot and just want to say that Tyler, Brian and the crew did an amazing job with the install. It was perfectly positioned, super solid and everything is laid out and wired well. Brian gave me a thorough how-to on all the components. I also feel like the price was very reasonable. I was thinking I wanted a foot control and Brian convinced me to try it first without and if I still felt like I needed one to come back. He was right, the new technology pretty much eliminates the need. It’s crazy cool. Probably all y’all with the newer ipilot technology are now nodding your heads like “yup…”
