Need a half day charter for a Sunday in a couple weeks. A couple police and military guys in town for the weekend on IOP. Here is the issue, it will be either 5-8 people, I will know that in a couple days. I know most nearshore charters with bay boats only allow UP to 6 people. Does anybody suggestions for a charter that could fit 8 if need be, just to fish for bull reds or sheepies nearshore or the jetties? Also who would be a good option if its less than 6, thanks for your help.
The only guy who can accommodate more than 6 on one boat is Mark Brown on Teaser 2 and I’m not sure that sitting at the jetties is his thing. If you don’t mind splitting the group in two, there are plenty of inshore guides that could take wonderful care of your group. Check with Capt. John Fuss (Stretcharmstrong on CF), John Ward (Affinity Charters). Capt. Fritz on here has been known to catch some nice fish doing exactly what you’re looking for as well. Thanks Rap, fell free to contact me if you need help setting this up. There is an inshore boat that can take all of you but you won" be fishing for big reds at the jetties, it is more of a flat bottom boat for beach excursions.
