Charter Suggestion

I’m new to the board and am looking for a charter for 4-6 guys, mostly looking for mahi and wahoo. Anyone have suggestions who to fish with?

Thank you for your help!

Capt Ben Polk.

I’ve fished with him several times and we’ve caught dolphin and wahoo on every trip. Last trip that I tagged along on, he got 7 wahoo and a dozen or so dolphin. Ben is very flexible. Just tell him what you want to do in advance. Ben is also an excellent bottom fishermen and would even be open to doing a deep drop or two if the trolling was slow.

I went out with him twice and had a great time with a bunch of fish. His contender is very nice and gets you out to the fish quickly.

strip…strip…FISH ON!

Hey tony thanks for the referral for Brian mahoney and DIG Charters, my name is Brennan Mahoney, I mate for my dad. He has been fishing Charleston waters for over 20 years and is excited to get his charter company started. He is not currently taking charters but fishing with customers from his restaurants, The DANIEL ISLAND GRILLE and DIG IN THE PARK. He has been waiting for his license for 3 months now as he completed all his Capt. requirements in November last year. He is only fishing with friends and family splitting gas and bait costs. Call him soon as he probably won’t be known as the cheapest in town but will certainly be competitive. In the mean time the other captains named in this forum are true professionals and priced right.

Cheapest is not always the best! Firm believer of “you get what you pay for” if you want to come to Islamorada the dolphin are here thick 60 dolphin, four days in a row by 11 o clock! Then move on to other things! Good luck!!
