Stopped in Long Creek over the weekend while in the area. Guy mentioned a good float and some decent fishing right now with the high water on the Chattooga.
Anyone got any experience up there? Might be scenic at least?
i have fished it quite a bit. Lots of big browns in the deeper pools and around fallen trees. hwy 28 and up is delayed harvest, poss. your best bet. Im not gonna mention it here, but you didnt fish the !@#$%^ river near Long Creek. dat is a good un with a little legwork
