Cherokee is fast becoming one of my favorite lakes to fish. Hooked-Up with Tommy Richardson and his sons and fished Lake Cherokee a couple of days this week. Monday was a good day with a 16 lb for big fish and several other stripers, hybreds, small mouth. Then Wednesday was awesome, big fish 17+, we caught 20-25 stripers 10 to 17 lbs in a 2.5 hrs. time span. What a way to spend the 4th fish, friends, family and food. Fall trip can’t get here fast enough.

Fog if you went tomorrow would you fish at 47’depth just off a hump? I think we tried that hump last year. Isn’t that where Gary fell to the bottom of the boat trying to get the rod out of the holder… LOL Beautiful lake if anyone gets a chance to go. We can give you directions to the “Roach Motel”.
