Followed recipe except grilled chicken,
(shrimp would be excellent but shrimp is not high on the cravings list of a pregnant wife), used fresh stewed tomatoes and herbs from the garden and didn’t add pasta. Bought a big cuban roll from Publix and tosted it, cut about 6-7" off each side and removed the middle of the bread. Poured chicken formaggio into “bread cavity” and munched down. The middle section of bread that was left was split in half and I spread fresh pesto and toasted it…yum!
