I have a 2007 Suzuki 150. At full throttle it keeps bogging down like its about to cut off then it picks back up. I can run 3/4 throttle no problem. If i have someone sit in my backseat and pump the fuel bulb every few sec it runs full throttle no problem. Since i have had this motor i have had nothing but problems. I have tryed putting startron, stable, and seafoam in it and still the same proble. i have changed the fuel water seperator and cleaned the low pressure fuel filter still the same. please help
thanks

glad you called the store

I’m now at www.teamcharlestonmarine.com

I know those engines well…there is a screen in the vapor separator that can get clogged…sounds like that is your problem…

Purposeone,
Took apart the vapor seperator and on the bottom of the fuel pump was a small (1/2"?) filter that looked clean, was that what you were referring too?

was it a screen or a filter…the screen is the last in line before the fuel rail…I had bad water separators and I got debris in the vapor separator…causing me restriction…your prob sounded similar to mine…Chris knows these things well
