I just wanted to say that Chris and Charleston Marine are tops in my book. I can’t say enough about their customer service and dedication. I know I was a pain in his ass about my boat, but he kept working on it until it was right and never gave me any BS answers. I will never go anywhere else with my boat, and highly recommend them to anyone else I see. Chris, you rock Sir!
I 2nd that, they are great!

thanks for the kinds, and we are glad to be of help.
we are a small shop doing more volume than I ever really expected, and most of it comes straight from you guys right here at CF.com.
we however arent perfect, we forget stuff, we miss things, we do things wrong, we break stuff, we forget to wash boats occasionally after we work on them, I am even pretty bad about returning phone calls sometimes (not because I dont want the business, it justs gets REALLY busy, and I am trying to do to much in a day), but when we do those things, I will do whatever I can to try and make it right.

Agreed there!
But I know how it can get in the summertime tho! Was wondering if you had gotten messages left there for you with someone.
Talked with Mercury(after 2 hours trying to get thru to them) about the motor mount issue I was talking to you about yesterday at Hanckles. They definitly suggested to do what I was talking about, cut the old bolt and install new bolt the opposite way using a new locknut versus removing the entire powerhead on a 19yo motor and running the risk of twisting off siezed up fasteners just to replace the lower motor mounts. Was hoping to find one of the cover plates locally for it as one is cracked but looks like will have t order it online.

Chris is man that keeps it running his staff and mechanics are the ones that keep us pleased and tell us what we want to here. But Chris is the the one that pulls late hours to make sure it is complete.
Never had a problem with them and fixed what I asked to be fixed that goes far these days.

They do a good job, just watch out for that crazy fool on the forklift he needs to look both ways…
we are working on a new location right down the street by 526 with a larger parking area, so the forklift driving wont be an issue. Buffalope, you wouldnt believe some of the stuff people do driving down this street.
