christmas/christmas eve dinner?

someone had to start the thread what’s everyone cooking?

main courses at the ONN house will be a 5lb ribeye roast and some shrimp i netted earlier in the year. also gonna finish off the rest of my blue crab and make crab dip and making fresh jerky and summer sausage out of the doe i got 2 days ago. of course sweet potato casserole, various veggies, … will be served on the side and ill make a pumpkin pie from scratch for dessert. i dont get to go home for christmas this year but hey my family made it down here this year! merry christmas everyone!

Christmas Eve dinner…Smoking a ham on the grill with mashed potatoes and a few other casseroles to go along with some dinner rolls…Desert is made from scratch pecan pie:smiley:. Our Christmas tradition is good ol’ local shrimp and local grits with home potatoes, sausage/egg casserole, homemmade biscuits and jam, and a few other things.

Merry Christams, too, and thanks for sharing.
