Took my family of 5 out to CHS 60 all the BSB you could handle. kids had a blast. culled through alot of keepers only kept fish 15-17 inch fish and got our limit of 25. all fish caught on squid and on bucktail the false albies were all over the surface too. didn’t know if their were any other fish cause couldn’t get through the sea bass. all in all great day on the water with the family.
I love the Charleston 60 this time of year with inshore spinning gear and paddle tail jigs. Cast them a mile and enjoy the fight with the little tunny. Even better if you need them for chum/bottom bait. One of the quickest grouper bites I had this year was on a whole tuna belly when nothing would touch live bait.
