I have the newer remote read capable kind, I wondered about a leak- my old meter had a small spinner thing on the meter dial, you could tell if the water was running, either a very small leak.
can I see the sAME THING ON THE NEW METER?
when aI took the metal lid off the box, there was a big wire that seemed to lead to a plastic cap over the meter face. the wire seemed in the middle of the dial face. but I could not see the dial face.
my old meter the plastic lid seemed hinged on one side.
this new one if it is hinged, must snap shut, I was afraid to use force on it.
can anyone tell me what is the new style meter face like? does it have a leak indicator?
Mine is remote read and still has the Guage with spinner. The electronics don’t cover my gauge.
