here is the easiest way to do clams casino. most recipes have bacon in them, if I wanted to taste bacon, i would eat bacon. This has 4 ingredients
2 dozen clams on the half shell
stick of butter
seasoned breadcrumbs
parmesan cheese
wash clams and open, try to keep as much liquid in the half shell
mix breadcrumbs and parm cheese

spoon over clams and let sit for 20 minutes (this lets the mixture st for frying

melt butter in frying pan over med heat / place clams in pan / fry about 5 minutes or until golden brown
