Posting this as a reminder. The bigger the turn out the higher the payout.

Any idea how many boats have already committed Bryan?

We should have at least 20 boats. Hoping for 30 boats. There are lots of verbal commitments. Entries MUST be received by March 31st.

The tournament was won with 81 lbs! A 50 lb’er and a 31 lb’er!

It was very tough fishing to say the least. Think only 8 out of 20 boats had a fish to weigh in…first time I had ever been skunked on a solid day of fishing on the hill…something is Def different about the hill this year it seems like…

Murry were you guys able to prefish? Were you marking fish and they would not bite? What seemed to be common to the folks that caught fish, did they say what kind of methods they were using. I know I am full of questions, forgive me. With a entry fee that high I am sure all the people that entered were not rookies like myself, which has me curious as to what was going on with the fish. MOON?

Winning Fish …

I don’t want to know the exact spot they were fishing - i just want to know the general conditions - water temp, depth, planers or float rods, type & size of bait, time of day …

… it’s my Wife’s fault we HAVE to fish !!!

I love how that 50# makes the 30# look so small.

Does anyone know what happened to those fish? Were they released? I would have had a hard time releasing either one of those.

Both of these fish were still alive in this pic although they were pretty stressed. They were going to attempt to release them. Never heard if they swam away or not. Rocky (guy holding the 50) said he had released I think he said 4 that were over 50# in his fishing tenure. But I think he guides a lot and makes some trips up to TN and all…

I hope these fish made it but I doubt they did. It was very hot Saturday but kudos to them for trying to keep them alive.

Van and I fished HARD for 3 days and caught a whopping 2 fish during that time. As Chip said there is something different about the Hill this year.
