Hooked up with John for an afternoon of fishing on Clarks Hill. Ended up with five nice ones, all in the 6 lbs range. We felt like it was a pretty successful afternoon. As it was getting dark, we headed in, atthe landing the boat next to us loading had also gotten 6 fish, but fished “hard all day” I was lucky enough to see their catch, one was around 10 lbs, four were in the 20 something range.
But the big daddy was over 30. WOW. Now I know what I want to figure out.
A good time was had by all. Most fish were caught in the SC Little River and Buffalo Cr. Freelines and planners with live herring

My hat goes off to anyone out on a Lake today. Murray was real rough. I was thinking about going windsurfing today and drove to the dam to check things out. With gust over 40, WOW, ya gotta really like fishing and getting wet.

Not a pathfinder. An old glassmaster tri hull with a 60 gal live well in the middle of it. Those fish were an impressive sight to see.
