Watched the weigh in at Clarks Hill. A couple of 40 pounders, some 30 pounders and a bunch of 15-30 pounders. If you ever get a chance to see this at a local lake, it is really something. I was simply amazed. All fish were released alive (so I can still catch them:smiley:

chrisg I was talking to friend of mine yesterday. He went to measure for some counter tops and while talking to the woman of the house , the hubby came in from fishing hartwell . He told him about the fish and said ; let’s got to the dock and I’ll show you …5 fish in weight range of 22 to 28 pounds …caught that morning . I have got to get back on the water . The bite up here has been late this year…or I have been at the wrong times .
That would be a very good day. Way betterthan I have ever done (yet)
