A good day on the water with Shipwreck! The bite was a little tough with the frontal passage, but we managed 14 with 10 being decent. We also had a white perch bonus fish. The 2 biggest were twin 28 inchers to end the day. Wish we could have seen the one that stripped 80 yards of line from Danny. He never got that fish turned, and it ran into a stick or rock to come unbuttoned. … We fished lower lake in 50 to 60 feet with downrods. Always great to wet hooks with someone new! Enjoyed it Shipwreck!

Sounds like a good trip. I have got to bite the bullet and go to the “HILL” never fished there.

Good fishing today Shipwreck, but I’m a little disappointed that the G-cocks didn’t finish strong. We’ll take the w though:)
