During the Clean Marine Disposal Event on May 12 -14 from 9 AM - 4 PM, bring your unwanted fishing and boating gear to one of our 9 drop-off locations in Charleston County. Items will be recycled or disposed of properly in an effort to protect our waters from marine debris! Accepted items include: anchors, propellers, boat batteries, electronics, life jackets scrap metal, crab traps, monofilament, and more! Do you have a boat or trailer you want to get out of your garage or yard? Bees Ferry Landfill will waive the tipping fee for any Charleston County resident who brings their boat or trailer to their location during these hours: Thursday May 12th and Friday May 13th from 9 AM - 4 PM and Saturday May 14th from 9 AM - 3 PM.
