Can someone suggest a way to go about cleaning the water passages from the waterpump to the teltell(pee hole)?
Can you run it without the thermostat? If so, it would seem to take that out of the equation if it pees right of way.
To clean the pee hose, I would disconnect at the motor and run a leader wire through it to where it exits the mid section. While the hose is off do a visual where it connects to the motor for debris.
If you ain’t hooked, you ain’t doing it right.

Use compressed air while the motor is running. Blow through the pee hole for a few seconds and then remove the air. Usually that will get something out of the line from the block to the end of the hose (like dirt daubers).

I had mud daubers plug up the pee hole on my Yamaha 225 once. Took a piece of wire and poked it in the hole and got it out. My mechanic told me that even though it was pluged it had a built-in by-pass!
Thanks for the suggestions guys.
