Clemson squashes litter controversy

CLEMSON ? Balloons aren?t usually considered dangerous. But the 20,000 or so helium-filled balloons Clemson University releases at home football games caused enough public concern that Clemson investigated the practice. The university?s research concluded the balloons ? which are natural latex and completely biodegradable ? pose no threat to the environment.

Thats a good one.

My point is that just because it is biodegradable, doesn’t make it safe.
