Our boys are just too polite, FSU gave them a win and they gave it back. Chitty offensive play calling all night long.

Doubt I’d ever say that but, they were one play out of a ton of missed opportunities on Saturday. A team should never be toting a L when they hold the opponent to practically zero rushing yards and 5 sacks.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

After the interception toward the end of the game, why would you not take a knee 2 or 3 times then kick a FG?
FSU would have to use their time outs and if you miss then you go to ot.
Wasn’t the line of scrimmage around the 20yd line?
Because it was already proven that a FG was a near impossibility, so why not try to put it in the endzone? I don’t have a problem with that, but lots of other boneheaded mistakes and things that just didn’t go their way.

Win or lose by 30 yard FG w no time on the clock…seems pretty plain to me but I’m not making 3mil a year.

We have a freshman CB also who shut down their best receiver except for the one bust where he fell down and the single coverage bit us. We held them to under 20yds rushing for 4 quarters. Something like 10 or 12 tackles for loss. Got two turnovers and were able to run the ball decently (good enough) until in the 4th quarter when we couldn’t hold onto it. Points weren’t scored when they should have been and the mistakes like the high snap, turnover, missed wide open TD throws or missed blocks on scoring plays called up became amplified. We would have lost by 3 scored as predicted if not for our defense. They would have played the same way IMO no matter who their QB was except maybe some of the bad decisions by their QB- maybe. Winston hasn’t had to play from behind much when his team couldn’t run the ball either… Whatever though. I don’t see how the defense could have left much more on that field than they did- nor D.W.
I saw a few BS calls, but they aren’t why we lost. Offense blew easy opportunities and there is a major mental issue with our scholarship kicker that h

We have run that play for years out of the shotgun, in that situation, and it works for a TD 90% of the time. Watson scored on the same play earlier in the game.
Yes, you are not the one that made the call but you are the one that keeps looking more and more clueless.

I know you’re sorry.
It’s because I know you can’t live with just being half-right if you spent 2 days fact checking me (fact check that 2 days, too), so please tell us the attendance of the 1999 FSU-Clemson game in Clemson.
You probably think that your stadium, proudly built with federal income tax revenues, has held more folks than Clemson’s stadium too, don’t you?
Typical coot would take 82,500 on the internet as the gospel truth, wouldn’t they?
I’m wrong when I predict the future or use hyperbole in a discussion. You’re wrong when you ignore historical facts and replace them with your own desired history to support a point.
My statement about 90,000 fans cheering against the kid was hyperbole. They teach that kind of stuff at Carolina, but maybe my mistake was being too close to fact rather than saying something like “200,000 fans.”

Does it matter how many fans were at the Klimpsun game? Aren’t tickets to ACC games like $2.00? The only reason why ACC teams have football stadiums is to give CFL (Canadian Football League) a place to practice during their off season.
Not to mention Clemson lying about home attendance #s a few years back. Didn’t they have to pay $$$ back to the ACC ?
