Wanted to fish up in the icw. Is it best to launch at copahee and paddle down
There’s a dirt road ramp on sully’s not alot of people know about. Turn left down “station 26” and go straight. You’ll run into it.
Very low water at low tide, but excellent area to put small boat in or kyaks.
On flood tides, the road its covered with water, so park your car accordingly.
Concur with 23, I launch my kayak there all the time. Great location without any traffic. If it’s a flood tide the road will hold a few inches of water, so keep that in mind, but most of the time, it’s perfect. If you want to fish the upper ICW, I would suggest Copahee. Good luck.

Ditto on the Sullivan’s launch site. I am actually thinking of coming down that way tomorrow and hitting the docks on Conch Creek.
