Trolling motor stopped running this weekend. When I deployed it the the water depth was shallower than I thought and he prop doesn’t run now. The remote will turn the unit but prop doesn’t spin. Any ideas ? Or anyone know who services them. ? I
I know Charleston Marine does a lot of Minn-kota work and are a good one to call

Theres not much in the foot that could break and its pretty solid. If you have a meter you could check the leads going to the foot. The top cover on the head comes off pretty easily but you need to deploy it to keep things from falling out…plus you will want to remove the prop. If you aren’t comfortable with this you should call Charleston Marine like jphall suggested.

Does it have a prop or shaft pin that broke. Most shafts have one so that it breaks instead of some major parts.
Try to google a parts diagram for that model &maybe you can see what is in there that could have broken.
