When you see “Old Glory” waving in the breeze, know that it is the dying breaths of our fallen hero’s that makes it wave.

Chum. Try to catch some whiting and put them out live. Fish on the slope of the first bar downstream from the bridge or between the first and second bar on the outgoing tide, 4-8 pilings toward hhi from the center span. Think about fishing the last four hours before dark. Boats start clearing out about two pm leaving only a few by 4:00.

The best advice I can think of is to go with Cracker Larry.

And the Broad can be one rough place.

I actually got seasick on the Broad from sitting and bouncing when the wind kicked up coming in from the east, only time I had to leave on a great fishing day.
