Caught a 25 pound Cobia today. Never have cooked any before. Would prefer to grill or broil but don’t have any ideas. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
Saw your post and thought I would experiment with some for dinner tonight. Used a light marinade of fresh squeezed lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, fresh chopped parsely, greek seasoning, salt and pepper. Marinated for about 45 minutes and slapped the cobia on the grill. It went down very well with a little Pinot Grigio!
Long Enuff
We do it simple. Slather with EVOO, salt and pepper. Grill skin side down at ~ 450 till done. No flipping. Mmmmm good.
