Always seemed once water got to 68 degrees. Mid April, earlier if we’re lucky.

Reds will be there when water temperatures stabilize in the low to mid 60s. Cruising cobia will show up when temps are near 70.
Schools of cownose rays show up, the cobia will be with them. Like Rad said…water temp.
